A major shopping destination
Situated at the south entrance to Rennes and directly linked to metro line A, Alma is now a shopping centre owned by the Unibail-Rodamco Group. It is built around the 10,000 m2 Carrefour hypermarket, a Printemps department store and a shopping centre with more than 100 shops, including some exclusively regional brands. There is also a retail offer combining commerce (Conforama, Truffaut, KingJouet…), food and drink, and leisure.
The Alma centre underwent a makeover at the end of 2013: a total modernisation of the commercial facilities, more parking was made available, optimised accessibility, around 40 new shops and revised designs.
